Order Processing
Orders are processed on the next working day after they are placed. Orders received on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Once your order has been prepared, it will be dispatched using Royal Mail as our standard delivery service.

Delivery Times

After dispatch, most orders are expected to arrive within 2–3 working days. While we always aim to meet these delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as Royal Mail service disruptions or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can use this information to follow your parcel’s progress until it arrives.
